Arive's Zapier field shows language names but its API takes ISO 639-2 codes (chi, eng, kor, spa, tgl, vie; zxx for Other). Kamo sent "English", so Arive answered **************** must be one of the following values" inside the Create Loan Zap. Every lead defaults to English, so every loan failed, and because the error happens after Zapier accepts the hook, Kamo saw a successful send and a link that stayed pending. A new test pins every fixed value the mapper can send to the choice keys Arive's app declares (read live from 1.0.27).
