**************** reads marketIds/vendorIds/ vendorProductIds/states as one comma-separated param each (splitList()), but campaignAudienceApi's appendLeadFilter() was sending repeated singular params instead (marketId=a&marketId=b). The names didn't even overlap, so every filter a member picked was silently dropped on /estimate and /browse - the live count and browse preview kept showing the unfiltered audience.
