Serialize imgId as String to prevent JavaScript precision loss

CockroachDB unique_rowid() IDs exceed Number.MAX_SAFE_INTEGER. Changed imgId from Long to String in UploadDocumentResponse and DocumentMetadata DTOs so Jackson serializes them as JSON strings instead of numbers.
