Set avatar URL directly without preload check, add sidecar logging

The preload check in _getFirstLoadableAvatarUrl was failing because the theme CDN URL couldn't be preloaded from within the browser's security context with disableThirdPartyRequests. Now sets the URL directly via setLoadableAvatarUrl — the Avatar component handles load failures gracefully with initials fallback. Added logging to sidecar validate-otk to trace avatar URL construction.
