Settings -> Phone -> Voicemails plays each row through /voicemails/{id}/audio, which asked the provider for the audio. FreePBX serves no voicemail audio over any API (fetchVoicemailAudio is unsupported), so every FreePBX row's player failed; only the softphone paired a message with the copy kamo-asterisk-support uploads, by mailbox and time (SP99-T4-e). The settings endpoint now plays that same pairing's upload for a FreePBX instance, and answers 404 with a reason when no upload exists. The MinIO range streaming moves from RecordingController into RecordingAudioStreamer, shared by both; the PHI gate and the audit record stay in each controller.
