A posting's public advert, the member's deep link and HR's editor now carry qualifications: [{category, importance, text}] (KamoAI SP03 D1) - the effective QUALIFICATION items of its department chain (root first) and job title, required before preferred, with the posting's own education and experience winning over inherited items of those categories. Boards and lists stay null, so a board never pays a chain walk per row. The ancestor walk stops at 32 departments or the first repeat, as SecurityService's CharterLayerLoader does.
