Show only the binders belonging to the open collection

OrganizerTab already received assocType/assocObjectId and passed them to the editor's document picker, but loaded the binder LIST unscoped — so every DocManager rendered the same pool and a binder opened under HR Resources could be filled with Marketing documents.
