Renders an AI_HANDOFF system event as a card with the reason, the AI's summary, and a collapsible transcript of the conversation so far - so the borrower does not have to re-explain themselves to the person who picks up. The three degraded states are explicit and visible rather than silent: transcript unavailable, transcript truncated, and payload stripped in transit. An agent must never be left believing they have the full context when they do not. Visitor and agent share one STOMP topic, so the live frame arrives redacted (the AI's summary is its private assessment of the visitor and cannot go to their browser). Rather than telling the agent to reload, the card re-reads the full row once from its own authenticated endpoint. The re-read is validated before it is adopted - a response that came back still-stripped is rejected rather than used, so the warning can only ever clear when context was genuinely gained. Any failure falls back to the reload message.
