The dialog let an operator edit the instruction and the description but never showed the title, and the title was not in the message either — the session at the other end got the paragraphs about what happened without the line saying what the report is about. It now sits between the two, prefilled from the report and capped at 255 like the report form, so the three boxes read top to bottom in the exact order the server joins them: the dialog IS the message. Editing it renames the report, which the helper line says out loud — the box directly beneath it does not write back, and two adjacent fields behaving differently is only fair if the screen admits it.
