The customer's window now lists the KamoCRM executives on their conversation, re-read whenever somebody is added or removed. The line shows NAMES only, with titles on hover: "Name - Title" per person ran the desk into one run-on that clipped after the first executive, so a customer could no longer see who else was there — the one thing the strip is for. Loading, empty and failed are drawn apart; "nobody from KamoCRM is on this chat" is something a customer acts on. A KamoCRM executive's attribution line now ends in the org's main line and their own extension — "Sage Nadjafinia - KamoCRM Inc. - President - (949) 298-9960 x8080" — through signaturePhone, unchanged, so it prints exactly as an email signature does. The separator is " - " everywhere, to match. Membership frames arrive with id: null, so they are handled before the transcript's "no id, drop it" guard; behind it they were silently discarded.
