The five SIE1 tables (si_incidents, si_incident_events, si_oncall_members, si_oncall_settings, si_health_samples) declared so KamoInitializer can recreate them. Hand-applied DDL: kamoai-service **************** (already applied; kamoai-service writes them over JDBC, no repository).
