Replaces the AUS-only write path with generic provider-connection CRUD keyed by VendorCategory+vendorKey: /provider-connections GET/POST/PUT, secret write-only (encrypted, @JsonIgnore), one-per-(category,vendorKey). Renames the AUS test to the provider-config test.
