Adds VISITOR_IP_ADDRESS, VISITOR_COUNTRY_CODE, VISITOR_COUNTRY_NAME, VISITOR_CITY, VISITOR_SUBDIVISION columns. Captured at ticket creation so the list/detail endpoints never have to do a GeoLite range scan or a separate visitor-table lookup at read time. KamoInitializerService (hibernate.ddl-auto: update) will add the columns when next run; existing rows fall back to the visitor record's stored countryCode in toDTO.
