Task 52 Step 9 gains item 4: rotate the kamo node password, after Task 49 Step 3 and followed by a memory update. The item lists every copy that a value-keyed scan found: universe-earthdata history, four other repos' trees and 20 memory files. Task 49's repo line and Step 3 diff-stat note name the five chibi docs that universe-earthdata c247953 scrubs. The spec gains the ruling and an out-of-scope line.
