SP01 spec §7 records the pod change (klusterservices 8f24b41), the registry sync, verify and qwen3:4b retirement, and the E1/E2 check; master §11 records that the in-cluster model has no REASONING and that plans naming qwen3:4b now mean granite4:tiny-h.
