svc_ai may publish ai.registry.changed.> before AIService ships (new klusterservices Task 20A); SP00's AiAdminReadsTest, **************** and PinnedModelCallSiteTest follow SP01's rewrites and ModelAccessGuardTest stays public; targeted test lists instead of whole suites; dictionary and platformRights anchors no longer collide with SP02; embedding-model edited on top of main; k3m1 capacity gate made absolute; Task 36 waits for SP00 Tasks 46/50/51; help copy names real provider types. SP04 and SP13 Task 0 greps accept SP01's shapes. (The master §11 row and the SP10 fix went out with the SP06/SP07 commits.)
