Handoff refusals carry reason (SP02 reads it); every TASK_* source id starts with <itemId>: (SP10 wake mapper fixed); KBService keeps its own NATS connection; the kamoai-internal-auth mount is SP00 Task 29's; SP10 reads My Master Note from mine; Task 38/39 ordering made deterministic; no placeholder class in Task 17.
