Records the six verification rulings in the SP09 spec (and marks the preflight SP09-T57 superseded in part: SP02's Ava was retired, the run hired Ava Parity), and the Task 57 result in PROGRESS.md: PASS with exceptions (8 BLOCKED, 7 NOT RUN, device halves of 9 and 12 UNCONFIRMED), the deployed shas, OTA runtimeVersion 2, the scenario table and follow-ups F1–F6.
