Task 21 step 13 and its amendment, the plan header's Luna line, and spec §1, §5.9 and §6.2 now name the values for the pin Task 11 migrated (Eleven Flash v2.5 / Bella), per SP96-T11-1: after FEMALE, Flash KEEP Bella (match UNKNOWN), gpt-4o-mini-tts shimmer, Kokoro af_aoede, Piper norman OPPOSITE, Turbo Bella. No re-verify of the platform org's ElevenLabs provider: a platform-org registry write that spec §2 does not allow. Pinned by aiservice 4c884f2.
