SP98: 25 work tasks and a verification task. They cover the triaged deferred minors and parked findings (38 of 137 ledger minors still open, 54 real final-review MINORs), a UI consistency sweep, help-center articles, the translation pipeline and a Tamil engine, and SP99's follow-up rulings. SP97: master §9 scenarios 1-14 in production, with a setup task and a summary task.
