DATE_CREATED is NOT NULL with a DEFAULT now(), but nothing ever set the field. Hibernate names every insertable column in its INSERT, so it sent an explicit NULL — and an explicit NULL overrides the column DEFAULT, which only applies when the column is omitted. Every ACCOUNT_ADDRESSES insert therefore failed the not-null constraint. The table has held zero rows since it was created, and no account has ever had a primary shipping or billing address: creating an account with any address filled in has never once worked. It surfaced as a 500 that the UI showed far off-screen, so it read as the Create button doing nothing. Adds the @PrePersist/@PreUpdate stamping every other dated entity here already has (Lead, CalendarEvent, AccountGuid). Java-only, no DDL change, so no KamoInitializer run is required.
