Fifteen English status lists (requirement status, party, waiting on, vendor, closing package and artifact status, MERS operations and status, workflow scope, requirement drivers and bands, AUS decision and kind) were read directly by eleven screens. useMlosLabels() serves them from the dictionary, falling back to the English list for a value it does not have yet; every use now reads L.<GROUP>[value].
