Switcher column opts out of presence it cannot honestly show

Passes showPresence={false} to its ConversationsPane mount. This column renders under ToolDock, a sibling of **************** (see ToolProviders.tsx's own doc comment) rather than a descendant, so any presence read here can only ever be the context's safe default, never a real one. Completes the presence-gating fix landed in ConversationRow and ConversationsPane in the two prior commits.
