leadsByProduct was derived from the allotment rows, which only cover products someone already holds a credit rule for. The grid lists products from the vendor catalogue, so any product without a rule synthesised a placeholder row and fell through to `leadsAvailable ?? 0` — showing an empty pool for a product holding thousands of leads. Prefers the leadsByProduct map /manage now returns, which covers every product, and keeps the row-derived values as a fallback.
