Owner: "Remove the Org Chart, Disclosure Log, Disclosure and Communication links off of the admin tool bar on the home page ... Discontinue adding links to the admin bar on the homepage unless specifically asked." The four stay reachable from their tabs, the settings menu and the landing cards. The exposure tests now pin that they are NOT on the bar (R1-37 narrowed: the bar holds only links the owner names), and still pin their menu entries and cards.
