Task 16 (A15): sp00verify complete (gatedCalls 74 = eventsMatched 74; outsideToolPlane ESCALATE 12, SEND 7; 51 SI chat lines paired 1:1 with their events, 44 Tool Plane, 6 direct supervisor DMs, 1 digest line; 4 HUMAN events for Task 7's 4 forwards), SP97 Lab 2 complete with nothing in its window, the platform org complete from cp07:25's deploy; the three views show A2's event 8f866f22. Rulings CP97-T16-1..6; PROGRESS A15 and Ledger completeness rows. Task 17: the compare against Task 1's baseline found two KamoCollab differences in Luna, both fixed and deployed: CP05's six link kinds in six tools' schemas (mcpgatewayservice 5949f5b, CP97-T17-1 in CP05 §7) and a level stored on her pre-program Master Note by label on write (kbservice 59391c8, CP97-T17-2 in CP07 §7). The remaining lines are other programs' (KamoAI SP95/SP97, Show Tour rights) or the owner's, or allowed by CP-D103; the stored value needs a platform-org write: BLOCKED ON OWNER (CP97-T17-3..6). baseline/luna-after.json; PROGRESS Luna untouched row and the chain of custody.
