kamoai-service writes ai_call_metrics JDBC only; the entity declares every column (and the new REALISM text column, a JSON object of the call's realism counts: perceived gaps, acknowledgements, listening sounds both ways, phantoms, lines cut off, false interruptions) so KamoInitializer can recreate the table from code (owner rule 2026-10-22).
