An AI member's email disclosure filled {organization} with the organization's title (its letterhead), so Luna's mail said "an AI member of the KamoCRM Inc. team" while her calls are to say the short name. The disclosure now uses the shared spoken-name rule (OrgSpokenName: the short name, else the title, else the legal name; SP95 D15) on both paths: a templated or bare send (ComposeIdentity.spokenOrgName, from the org row the resolver already reads) and a template-less letter **************** The signature's company line keeps the letterhead title. ComposeOrgRow reads titleShort and legalName.
