The lead's Communications opens on All, whose timeline reloaded only when this member posted a note from it, so a note written by someone else (another member, a Hot Reassign, an AI member's tool) still needed a page reload there. useLeadNoteWritten follows /topic/media/feed/<orgId> on the tab's shared media socket, learns the lead's stream from its feed, and calls back (coalesced, and after a reconnect) for a note in that stream; LeadCommunications reloads the timeline and the badge counts with it.
