Event windows bind as Instants, so a whole-second or offset instant is read (a Date read only the millisecond form, and its failure answered 404); a malformed query or path value is a 400. A new calendar's zone is normalised like an event's. A series' reported end date is the one that round-trips: the day before UNTIL when UNTIL falls earlier in its day than the series' start time, as a series cut at an instance does.
