The calendar's radios wear the organisation's colour

The Repeat field and the scope dialog bring the calendar its first radios. CalendarThemeScope painted buttons, checkboxes and switches in --color-primary but not radios, so a checked one rendered stock Material blue under any brand. Same override as ContactsThemeScope.
