The last four surfaces that named a member with nothing to open, now that MediaService sends the ids (fa25989): - Reply quotes: the quoted author's name opens their card, on hover only (the quote is the jump). Taken from the loaded parent's own member id — @kamo/chat-core's quote carries no id — in colleague chats; in a ticket on the rule a bubble's face follows (the viewer's own side, once the sides are known, never a visitor's words); in a social inbox only for the organization's reps. Exec2Exec stays plain: cross-org. - Hold'em hand history: the player who acted (memberId). - Ticket events: the actor's name is cut out of the event's sentence (aroundMemberName) and opens their card when the ticket says they are on the viewer's side (actorCard, isOwnSide). The global bug board passes no rule, so its events stay plain. - Bug-thread authors: only a colleague's name opens their card (memberOrgId === the reader's org); another organization's member, or a withheld one, stays a name.
