Verified against a real completed envelope on the cluster, and the closing paragraph read "Each signer was shown, and accepted, the consumer disclosure required by 15 U.S.C. § 7001(c) before signing" — on a signature collected this morning, hours before those clauses existed, under the four-bullet notice that preceded them. An audit record that states a fact it does not hold is worse than one that admits the gap; it is the one document whose whole value is that everything on it is true. The sentence is conditional on a recorded disclosure version now, which is what recording a version was for. An envelope with one gets the claim. An envelope without gets "Each signer affirmatively consented to transact electronically before signing; the version of the consumer disclosure they were shown is not recorded on this envelope" — which is exactly what is known about it. Both branches are pinned by a test, including the negative: the old wording must be ABSENT, not merely joined by the new one.
