Found live as the sp00verify owner: on /notifications an overdue chip on an unread row read 4.32:1 (#c62828 on #e8dfe7). The chip was see-through, so the row's own accent wash showed under it. It is now mixed into the panel, so it reads the same on a read, an unread and a hovered row, here and in the notification's dialog. The harness, given an unread overdue row and a callback's amber, found the rest: an upcoming chip in the brand read 4.31:1 and in amber 2.77:1, because accentInk kept 70% of any colour. accentInk now keeps half of the brand, and of a producer's hex only as much as still reads on its own 12% wash under the default blue, a violet, a teal and a rose brand. A pale colour goes mostly ink.
