The email template editor's fallback logo is KamoUniverse

When an org has no theme folder, the email template editor showed /img/kamocrmfull.png and /img/kamocrm.png, the retired KamoCRM wordmark and mark. They now fall back to kamouniversefull.png and kamouniverse.png. These are the 96px-tall renditions from the owner's KamoUniverse theme **************** 38 KB and 19 KB, sharp at 2x in the logo menu. The old files stay in public/img/.
