kamo-asterisk-support holds a single API key, documented and issued as a VOIP_RECORDING_UPLOADS key, and sends its ring events with it. The ring endpoint accepted only VOIP_CALL_EVENTS, so every ring the production helper sent was refused 403 and no mobile softphone was ever woken. Accept either scope; the org is still the key's and the phone server the header's.
