The grids' empty sticky-row strips are no Tab stop on a phone

Chrome makes a scroller with nothing focusable inside a Tab stop of its own; at phone width ag-Grid's sticky-top strip (these grids have no sticky rows) took the focus out of sight after the last control. Like the header strip, it only follows the rows' sideways scroll, which a hidden overflow still does.
