Cp01TeamsDdlContractTest pins the file's own shape as fixed lists (R1-12): re-runnable CREATEs only; no CHECK, JSON, DROP, UPDATE or DELETE; every NOT NULL column has a DEFAULT except the key and owner columns; the five tables, the uniques and lookups, the cascades, and team_charter_items' exact columns.
