SP96 shipped while these articles waited to be imported: the hire form now requires Female or Male before Create Team Member, and lets the hire leave out the phone extension or the workstation, which the checklist then offers to Set up now; an AI member's voice is chosen on its profile (Identity -> Voice), not in the charter. relations.json is the builder's output for the new text.
