All 17 scenario cards were English-only text in code, and the rules behind them produced English sentences. The rules now carry a code with their values (insights, data checks), a reason key (eligibility — REASON_KEYS, guarded by a test that reads the rules for any reason without one), and field keys (missing information); the cards render every label, chip and sentence from the dictionary. Emoji status chips are plain words on their colour; the fixed blue row highlights use the brand colour. The English text stays on each finding for the existing tests.
