The learner media route's HEAD answers instead of hanging

useAttachmentSource probes with a HEAD after a media element fails, to tell a file that is gone from a session that lapsed. The route awaited response.body.cancel() on the one-byte upstream answer, and in the deployed pod that promise never settled: no response headers after 25 s, so every probe timed out and a failed player could not say which it was. The body now goes to NextResponse, which drops it for a HEAD — the shape the imaging proxy route already uses.
