Task 18 A-3 asked for p95 <= 4.0 s with 4 realtime streams and a batch. k3m1's Haswell CPU cannot reach it with faster-whisper-small: with the language given (SP13's session.update) and 8 threads, a lone turn takes 3.2-4.0 s from the end of speech, and 4 streams + a 58 s batch measured p95 4.95-8.21 s over 13 runs (Speaches 0.9.0-rc.3 commits a turn twice under load, so 6-8 turns queue on 6 workers). Ruling SP12-FF (A-3) amends the bound to 9.0 s; it still fails a session left detecting the language (11.97-17.91 s measured).
