Corrects what changed on the way — the card's layer is 1305 (over MUI modals), useHoverCard stayed where it was, the header wears the desktop wallpaper, calendar guests carry the audience's member id — and records what the design did not foresee: the rules every surface follows (exact ids, face and name as one trigger, tooltips, clickToggles, sentenceSlots, labels), portal event containment, the presence bridge, the keyboard hand-off, reply-quote authors, the data each service now sends, and what is left plain on purpose. The plan is marked shipped.
