**Nudge.** The rail hid the button unless it was the opponent's turn, which reads as a rule about fairness and is a rule about nothing — the server has never had a turn condition on it. What the condition actually did was remove the control from the one state where it is most needed: a two-person game starts ACTIVE with the INVITER to move, so the member who had just asked a colleague for a game, and was waiting for them to open the board at all, was the one member who could never ask again. The remaining exclusion is the server's own and is about there being somebody to tell — a computer opponent has no conversation to post into and answers 400. The cooldown deliberately stays out of it: it decides whether the control is USABLE, which the rail renders as a muted button counting down. Hiding the control instead answers "why can I not nudge" by removing the question. **Hold'em from chat.** An invitation is not always a new table. It now joins the one already open for that conversation rather than opening a second, which is what the reworded confirmation in the dictionary is about.
