The profile endpoint stops loading the whole board

Its own comment said it existed so a page could paint the employer "without pulling every advert down with it", and the line under that comment called board() — loading every posting, mapping all of them, and running the per-posting applicant-count query, to return one profile object. PublicCareersService.profile is public now and the controller calls it.
