Both sites took .getContent() and dropped the total on the floor, so both were paying for the same discarded COUNT over every object in the session that just 500'd the member chat's history — the visitor's own history endpoint most obviously, where the exposure is identical: a read issued mid-conversation, late in a transaction, on a session being written to.
