The pod logs in to Redis as the platform ACL user (Secret redis-auth: REDIS_USERNAME, REDIS_PASSWORD), which app/lib/redis.ts already reads, so sign-in keeps working when the open default user is closed (KamoAI SP00, stage R3). The ConfigMap's empty REDIS_PASSWORD goes. The help-center import tool takes the same login from its environment.
