The pill suppressed itself for coverage.source === 'PAID' and nothing else, so a comped organization was shown "33% off your plan" — a discount on a price it does not pay, linking to a Plans page that has nothing to sell it. COMP is not PAID, but it is just as much a plan somebody already has. Both gates now go through isOnAGrantedPlan, because there were two of them: one skipping the catalogue lookup and one suppressing the render. Two independent spellings of the same rule is how the first one came to be corrected without the second. TRIAL and FREE_DEFAULT stay eligible on purpose. A prospect on a trial or on the free tier is precisely who this pill is for.
