A trialling organization's plan row really is FREE — the subscription points at it — while the trial has the whole catalogue switched on. The difference this section computes is therefore correct and its sentence was not: it told somebody sitting in AI chat that Business would "switch on AI chat". The set of features is the same either way. What it describes mid-trial is what expiry takes away and a paid plan keeps, which is both true and the better argument, so the framing flips rather than the list — heading, verb, and a tick instead of a plus for something you already have. This is the screen where a trial converts or does not. Two states also reached the hero and found nothing to say. A granted trial whose clock has not started drew an empty bar that read as a trial already spent; it now says so, with the days it was granted. A self-payer got a headline over blank space, because the server withholds the organization's seat totals from them by design — their own seat is what they are allowed to see, and it renders WITHOUT a bar: one seat is a fact, not a span, and a bar filled to 100% invents a ceiling nobody set. Their button no longer offers to "choose a plan" either, which **************** has always refused them, and the upgrade cards are withheld outright — every one of them moves the organization's plan.
