A member reported "Description" on Create New Vendor (Settings → Client Relations Manager → Vendors & Products) with the field's border running through it: an MUI floating label is painted on the outlined field's top border and only stays readable while the notch opens, which it did not there. It is the same failure the bug report form had, and the member asked for that form's shape here. So FieldQuestion — the label above the field that the report form already uses — moves to common/ and the vendor and product dialogs use it for Title and Description. Each is a real <label for> wired to a useId-based field id, so the accessible name and click target survive dropping MUI's own label.
